We want your Heartbreak goodies to reach you safely, wherever you are. sorry we can’t post fresh doughnuts or bread!
UK Delivery
UK delivery is £4.95 per order for standard small parcels sent via Royal Mail. This includes an allowance for basic packaging.
Larger or heavier items may require a different delivery rate.
International Delivery
We offer international delivery for our merch and homeware, so you can take a little piece of Heartbreak wherever you are.
Rest of the world £19.95 per order
These rates are intended for smaller parcels. Larger or heavier items may incur additional delivery charges, and international delivery times will vary depending on your destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Wrong size?
Please send an email to bitter@heartbreakhotelcoffee.com and we would be happy to organise an *exchange.
Please bear in mind that we can only offer an exchange if the item is clean and undamaged.
*Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage, as well as any postage required to send the replacement item.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please get in touch at bitter@heartbreakhotelcoffee.com so we can look into it and help put things right.
Nothing matters more to us than making sure you're happy with your Heartbreak order.
A note on your rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may have additional rights to cancel an online order or receive a refund, replacement or repair for faulty or misdescribed goods.
